My Ayurvedic body Dosha is Kapha, so I thought I would try the Kapha Tea. Oh my goodness, it is so delicious and I feel better. I'm not as congested, I have more energy, I've been sleeping better - is at the tea? I don't know, but I would like to say that it is. Thank you Happy Lucky!!
