I have visited the shop as well as ordered online and always the staff is over the moon with accommodating to your needs. Not just the customer service but the flavors and quality of their teas are phenomenal. They also provide the amount, temprature and steep times to aid you in the best cup for that level of tea (I am partial to Madam Grey). Would strongly suggest a visit in to explore their knowledge of teas.
