I love this place. But on my last visit, it was busy and the workers were very stressed. They were doing their best, but when my tea latte came out, it did not have milk in it. When I brought this to their attention, they poured some cold milk in the drink, rather than steam the milk to make a latte. Just sad to pay that much and not get the drink I asked for. Maybe the next visit will be better. But I probably will start leaving if it is busy.
