I absolutley love Happy Lucky's! My favorite was their brakfast blend, which has the pervect amount of vanilla in it, but I've recently switched to their matacha latte blend and its amazing! It has the perfect amount of swetness that I dont have to add anything to it (but a dash of vanilla doesn't hurt when I want something extra sweet). You also don't have to worry about sifting it or lumps forming. I pour a little hot water, mix with a matcha wisk, and then pour in the hot milk!
