I opened a business account and met with Sean, he's the accounts manager. He took 3 hours of his time to sample tea's with me and go over the knowledge of tea. I opened my business account which is a non profit Veteran Services business to help Veterans. Sean was very professional and also personal in a great way. Made me feel like a friend. The tea's are fabulous in as far as having many types and a sample area. And very courteous staff. Met the owner who is a very nice man and made me feel welcome. In addition the shop has history. It's the old jail and fire station. The old pole still there {pole fireman came down on}. And the shop had a nice friendly vibe with friendly shoppers. All in all a wonderful experience. I'll be driving there to pick up next order. I come from Arvada but would rather drive to get order just to sit and enjoy once more.. Thanks Sean....
