The staff is very friendly and can answer tea questions and make recommendations. Both locations have a peaceful and enjoyable setting for meeting a friend for tea, or relaxing with a book and perfectly brewed pot of tea. If you are purchasing tea to take home, or give as a gift, the temperature to brew and the length of time will be listed on your purchase. So very important when brewing high quality tea.
