I had never purchased loose leaf tea when I ventured into Happy Lucky Teahouse’s Old Town location. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. They walked me through the process, explained their tea wall, and hooked me up with several of my favorites. The price was very reasonable for the service and product. I learned they deliver which was amazing as I live 4 hours away from the store. Since visiting the store I have order several different teas and they have been delivered to my home in excellent condition and quickly typically within two to three days. The tea lovers club is a great benefit and I love the swag that I have received with my orders. The free shipping for orders over $25 is also wonderful. I can not say enough positives about Happy Lucky Teahouse I absolutely love the store, the service, and the product.
