Once again, higher than perfect service. Had an appointment with Dr Green, who recommended I saw Dr Ward as she specialised in my symptoms. Contacted straight away to have a face to face appointment with Dr Ward, who told me a steroid injection was needed. My working shifts unfortunately couldn't match with her clinic days. Dr Ward went above and beyond and agreed to see me on a day she was in the surgery, doing other duties, to give me the injection. On arrival today, all internet was down, causing probs to appts, checking in, econsults, etc. All staff were polite though, in what must have been a stressful situation for them all. Once again, a huge Thank You for A***** service.
