Honestly, the service from and first experience with Harlequin couldn't have been better... I left buying a Tap & Turn board for my wife pretty late on the run-up to Christmas. The board arrived quickly, however, there was a slight flaw in the surface... and my email to them was responded to within a matter of an hour with a replacement on its way to ensure the gift was under the Christmas tree. Just brilliant service and lovely people to deal with. Thank you so much!
