Recently purchased the 5L running vest, soft bottles and Catbells poles. It was all last minute and I had made a mistake on my order but Harrier customer service went above and beyond to help.rectify my mistake and make sure that I received all my products in time for my holiday in the French Alps. I used them for the first time today on what became an Alps epic and oh my gosh...the poles were amazing, very light, comfy and certainly helped on the down. The design is great very easy to put up and take down and look great. The pack was perfect...lots of features which I haven't figured out all of yet but I will....they help the poles well and it was very comfy and stayed in one place. The bottles did not move around and were easy to insert. Thank you Harrier...I look forward to my next purchase!!!!!
