Having previously purchased a Kinder 10L running vest some 3 years ago. I found the original designed chest straps worked loose on events. Having emailed Harrier they offered to replace the straps with an updated design. I was expecting to have to fund the replacement. However to my surprise Harrier kindly replaced the two steps free of charge. Fantastic customer service, in today’s cut and thrust business world I was not expecting both a response and replacements forwarded to me free of any charges. Hence great customer service from the Harrier team, thank you guys.
