I have recently purchased a Lomond Jacket, an Exmoor jacket and a Helvelyn carbon Z-poles.
Ione of the great things about is Harrier and with all there kit is the instructions on use and aftercare and this was the same for the poles in how to set them up and use them.
When ordering form Harrier the communications are always clear and up to date and with the environment in mind it something is not in stock they will hold your order to send it all together.
Once everything was in stock it arrived promptly.
