I’ve used the Harrier Helvellyn carbon poles for years. 2 weeks ago. I had the misfortune to snap one of my poles. A freak accident with a happy puppy. Contacted Harrier to purchase a replacement. Customer service went above and beyond and replaced my poles with Helvellyn 2.0 poles. At no extra cost.
I’m forever grateful & thankful to Harrier for this.
