Ordering was very easy, the website was simple to navigate and informative. I received an immediate confirmation. Later I had to update the order which was done with no problems on the phone.
Delivery to central London was on time and the turf itself was of excellent quality: freshly cut, moist, packed on a pallet, without a single brown or yellow blade of grass. Superb! I highly recommend Turfonline with 10/10.
