Amazing service from Ian. I rang him because my 84 year old dad's oil boiler has stopped working. Ian spent 30 minutes on the phone guiding me through the process of diagnosing and resolving the problem. He resolved it without even seeing the boiler. Brilliant service. Definitely recommend by me and my very grateful dad
