Absolutely appalling service. Used the £50 American Express Platinum Lifestyle Credit on an order for three items. Two of the three items arrived with the third, most expensive item not in the box. I contacted Customer Service via telephone and email who were extremely rude. Their idea of a resolution was to simply re-arrange a replacement on a next day delivery service. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience or frustration was made and they were satisfied this was a fair resolution. Harvey Nichols has gone rapidly downhill in recent years and customer service staff really need to understand how to show empathy and respect to loyal customers.
