Standard renewal inflation game!! No loyalty to anything but the £. Tell you the price of parts, labour, etc, has increased the renewal price by 28%, when the same policy by Hastings (or should I say Shaftings) is available at a 3% discount on CTM and GC! If this is how they treated you on renewal, good luck if you need to make a claim.. Bye bye.
