COMPLETE AND UTTER IMCOMPETENCE! DO NOT USE HASTY AWARDS!!!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! We ordered 500 in stock medals in the middle of January for gymnastics meet in the middle of Feb. For some ridiculous reason, they felt the need to wait to ship the medals until Tuesday of the week before our meet. When I called to ask when they would arrive, I was guaranteed that they would be there by Thursday. The meet was scheduled to be held on Sunday. When they didn't arrive Thursday, I called and found out they were shipped to a completely different city even though the shipping address on the order was correct. They then overnighted a replacement order and, guess what, those failed to arrive as well. For some reason the shipping company changed the address on the label and didn't put it on a truck. While this piece is not Hasty's fault, they were the ones who failed to ship when they received the order and because of that we do not have medals for our meet! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY HAVE YOUR MEDALS IN TIME FOR YOUR EVENT!
