Ordered 29 November 2020 and have been trying to contact them via phone and email asking for updates for the last few weeks, but no luck. This was a Christmas present which obviously I wasn't able to give, and had to get something else instead.
Wish I had looked up reviews as I definitely would not have ordered from them. I understand that times are tricky or that there may be delays, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication, or the inability to get a hold of anyone. I would avoid.
