After ordering nearly £2k of goods, and only the sofa & pouffe being delivered - I sent emails repeatedly, and nobody got back to me. I eventually got through to a man around June 2022 who spoke at length to me, sounded genuinely sorry and promised to resolve the issue. Did I hear back? No! I have again and again emailed and now the phone number doesn’t work! Do not order from this company!!! What a shame as they they have such nice products. A sad show of the poorest customer service you will ever know! Small claims court here I come.
