I placed an order for a beanbag, for my daughter's 10th birthday, at the beginning of April. Payment was taken immediately, along with confirmation of order. I was prepared for longer delivery, due to the current covid circumstances. However, no updates. No response to several emails. No answering of the phone.
If the item is actually out of stock, please just tell me, give me a refund, so I can try and purchase it elsewhere. I'm so, so disappointed.
