Absolutely appalling. Don’t buy from them! Placed an order on 27/04/2020. There was no communication from them whatsoever, have created 3 tickets, Called numerous times, left voicemails, nothing still! Have raised a dispute with my bank now as I can’t wait any longer. Asked them for a refund- nothing! I don’t think I have ever dealt with such a bad company. Dreadful.
