I am currently waiting for a desk which I ordered.
Having not been able to contact the company by phone/email I have now just had a callback from a member of their customer service team.
He has assured me the desk is being processed but their system can only show a processed or shipment update against the order.
Fingers crossed the item should arrive shortly (as i am still within my delivery times ) but just want to let people know my positive experience after being concerned
