I too ordered a sofa on line on 15th May which stated was in stock (the sofa was for a show home and needed by 4th June so i thought i had ordered in plenty of time). Payment was taken immediately and I received an order acknowledgement on the same day. Since then I have been trying to contact them by both email and phone many many times to obtain a delivery date but have never had any response whatsoever. I have now had to purchase an alternative sofa for my show home and want to cancel my order and get a refund but once again i have had zero response.
This company is terrible do not use them, they will let you down and not even bother to communicate with you!!!!!!!!!!!!
