Ordered a large bean bag costing nearly £200, the item came in good time to be fair but it was too big and I wanted to return - I didn't even take it out of the packaging fully.
Still no response, emails, tickets, called numerous times which seems to be the same thing every time. Also does the same when you call after hours which doesn't make sense to me.
Although they delivered, customer service is abysmal - I appreciate the circumstances but if I can receive sales emails from them surely I can receive a return address and my money back.
