I too ordered a desk 10th May, still not arrived. Numerous messages left on their non existing “Sales line”. Once someone answered who talked for Britain and explained my order was scheduled for 28th May. (No desk arrived)
At least 5 e-mails sent and ignored, no communication from HAUS. Avoid this company and DO NOT order. Certainly will not recommend to my colleagues who are all purchasing desks.
Safe to say, chargeback request is being made as I type.......Shameful Company - should be exposed more widely.
Very very angry 😤
