I am updating my recent poor review. I understand now having got through to Haus Direct that they have had some serious customer problems but have this week doubled their workforce. I just managed to ring again on the day the new staff arrived and my call was answered by a really helpful and understanding member of staff. I have established that my order from February was in fact lost by the outsourced delivery company (who they stopped using in March due to a number of lost items). They didn't know it was lost because I couldn't get in touch with them to let them know. Anyway having managed to now speak to customer care they have been fantastic and I have received a full refund. Many thanks customer care you were great this week
