Ordered a desk, they immediately took the money but I have received no update on the order and it is still listed as processing. I have since called, emailed and messaged the help desk to request a cancellation and refund and have had no response. Every time I call I get through to switch board and they can not help. Please can someone cancel and refund my order. I am reporting to my credit card company and trading standards. Thanks.
