In a pressure free environment, I booked and received an eye test. They eye test was professional and very thorough. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. At no point was I made to feel that there was any up-selling to more expensive glasses frames. Everything was explained in terms that were easy to understand without being patronising. Overall a very good experience and I am switching from specsavers to this business for my optical requirements.
