Paid deposit of £790 , due to circumstanes had to cancel less than 48hrs and was told they would not refund the deposit , most places its 14 days refund , how ever the holiday was £20,000.all they were concerned about was transfer the holiday to another.
we have a holiday booked with them for a cruise in September 2024 which is paid for
disappointed is the word will not be doing business again.
