First time ordering euros online click and collect. Received email saying would receive another email when I could pick them up, also the rate only valid until end of the following day. No other email arrived, also phoned the Glasgow Silverburn store, no answer. I reordered at No 1 currency yesterday and picked my euros up this morning. Not good customer service service at all, and yes I did check my spam folder etc.Poor show
