Visited the Stamford branch today and was served by Coleen who insisted that if I didn't give my phone number or email address I wouldn't be served.
I only wanted to exchange £50 for Turkish Lira.
I gave my valid drivers licence with my name and address but this wasn't enough.
Paula then joined the conversation and again insisted it was company policy that I had to give my phone number or email address if I wanted service.
I stated I didn't feel comfortable to give these details as I worried I would be sent advertising emails, etc..
Five members of staff then ganged up on me and told me to get out.
I'm furious.
