Staff were courteous but without knowledge. I was booked into an inadequate hotel, low quality and wrong location. They use 3rd parties for excursions. This is not cost effective. The tickets did not turn up on time and, with the time difference in the UK, Hays didn’t resolve the issues. A lot of anxiety and stress … happy holidays!
