ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.
We booked a Jet2 holiday to majorca in April. Obviously cancelled. We asked for a full refund. Which we received with no problems. Jade the representative of Hays was having to work from home, but always answered emails, rang when needed. This young lady is a credit to the company. After we recevied our refund. A gentleman rang from security to make sure we had received our monies. We have rebooked again for nov, fingers crossed. But BOOK with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE. Hays and especially Jade, are great. Thanks for all your help.
