Had possibly the worst experience ordering from them. Firstly, it's important you're aware that you aren't buying directly from HC Supplies. They're just a middle-man. When something goes wrong, there's no accountability. It's "sorry that's got nothing to do with us". Absolute ...! Secondly, their delivery says shipped within 2-5 working days. You pay the £40 but know that there's a good chance it will take longer than that. If you're going to order, order with good time. Thirdly, terrible communication. As you aren't buying directly, there's ZERO visibility on the customer's side on how your order is progressing. In fact, each time I had to call them to find our what the ... is going on. Fourthly, the customer services staff aren't empathetic. They had a "not-my-problem" attitude. I really just can't believe it. When I purchase from companies, the product is as important as customer experience and this experience was shocking. Will never order from here again!!
