Thankyou to Lynsey Hall and Dawn Rafferty for the push and support through out my yoga course. I am 93% the way through it now with a small step to go . They were great support when i felt like giving up, Lynsey just a phone call away and very prompt in getting back to me when i was struggling with the work and Dawn was very inspirational on the corse and discriptive in areas that i struggled in.
