Ordered/paid for product in August it is now 31 October and it has still not arrived. I have emailed several times and requested a refund in the last email. I was simply asked to be patient. Having read all these similar reviews I am now going to hand it over to my bank to pursue refund payment. I suspect there are solvency issues so would recommend that no one uses this company. What a shame they were very good!
