Placed my order on 15 October 2020. It’s now 4 January 2021. I have chased and chased the order. Health Monthly reply with generic emails, asking for patience. They have disabled their Helpline. A CSA eventually emailed me, and asked for me more patience. I asked for a refund. They won’t give it. I am going to have to claim the money back through my credit card company. They are still selling products to unwitting customers! Shockingly bad.
