Wow horrific is an understatement. I ordered weeks ago, called the customer service number 17 times before it was answered, and found out the item is being shipped from the States and will be weeks?! Had I known I would have spent a little more and just got them from another trustworthy company known. I ordered with time to not run out, and now have been without my tablets for three weeks. I had to just buy from the high street anyway, waste of time.
