I waited over 10 weeks for my order ( I allowed for longer delivery time due to Covid-19) but when I sent an email requesting a refund I was told “ Please do not leave a negative review we are doing our best under difficult conditions” Rubbish! They take your money with no intention of delivering the goods.
I eventually did get a refund however, I shall never use this company again as I do not trust them ... Patricia
