The service was excellent, very quick :) The product was also excellent, no problems whatsoever, we are very pleased with it overall, it was for the wife really-and she is still on a quick learning curve trying to master every aspect of it, and she seems to be managing quite well-for the first ti/me she can actually hear everything people are saying to her, but- she is getting very crafty with it, she found out how to switch it to hands free mode :) -now when my daughter rings her every single evening she puts the phone down on the table and gets on with her bits and pieces, and just say um" and Ha" in the right places, it's heaven :) instead of being glued and tied to a mobile phone for up to an hour at a time.
