After spending thousands of pounds during the last 16 years or so on hearing aids from these so called professional hearing aid shops and them not wanting to know after your purchase, I finally decided that enough was enough and would not buy any more after the ones I was using gave up the ghost again. A few weeks later, I did a google search for hearing aids and Hearing Direct came up. I went on their site and bought a HD200 for my right ear. It arrived the next day and I was quite satisfied with it and it did the job. A few weeks later I received a Hearing Direct catalogue through the post and saw the HD 250 advertised which was a bit more money than the HD200 but I bought one for my left ear. Apart from having to send it back to be reprogrammed, it is perfect. I have now bought a second HD250 for my right ear which came programmed to the same settings as my other one and I am very happy with the outcome.
