The phone I ordered arrived very fast and well packaged, I already have one of these phone the exact model I purchased this time but it stopped working so I ordered this phone but after ordering it we found out it was not the phone that stopped working it was due to my phone being switched off at the BT control room, The repair man that came said it was their fault not my phone, so he got it switched on again only to find numerous more faults between my home and BT's control room, So I contacted Hearing Direct to see if I could cancel the order and they were very very helpful and cancelled the order and even sent me a free post return label , I am most grateful to Laurence for all his help and understanding in this matter, Thank you very much Laurence you are a gentleman.
