My Mother uses 2 hearing aids 24/7 due to being in a nursing home. It takes a 14 mile round trip to the hospital to get 'free' batteries but if delayed the car park would cost £3.50. The idea of the batteries arriving through your letter box was a great weight off my mind & leaves that trip to be spent having quality time with my Mum. What's not to like? Wonderful service.
