Very quick delivery of batteries ordered at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service when hearing aids were changed by audiologist and I needed to exchange the size of 312 batteries ordered to size 13. Replacement was done very willingly and replacement batteries were received free of charge before I posted back the original ones. I shall certainly use hearing direct again.
