My original order of Duracell hearing aid batteries went astray through no fault of Hearing Direct. o
Our local Australia Post has gone back to camel trains delivery times. After 3 weeks of non delivery HD sent the order again when I enquired as to the status of my order. Then the original arrived a week later, and of course the second order arrived as well. HD told me I could keep the second delivery with their compliments. Well done Hearing Direct. Australia Post needs to get its act together.
