Exceptional service always. Joan was brilliant! O.K., the first packet went astray and ended up back with you after a trip to Roissy, but you cared enough to resend immediately. Communication was always beyond reproach - I hope I don't make Joan blush, but she was a star throughout. I know it's what she gets paid for, but she couldn't have been more helpful, or pleasant.
