it appears I made a mistake when ordering and received size 10 instead of 312 batteries. I would like to thank Clare for her courteous and speedy service. She said no problem we will send you 312 batteries and enclose a returns label for the No10. I received my replacements the very next morning...now that's what I call service second to none...Give the young lady a bonus and a pat on the back. yours sincerely Dave Arnold
