I was sceptical about buying without a full hearing test having previously had a digital hearing aid from a "rival" supplier. The old one was good but had developed a fault which could not be repaired. I decided to buy from Hearing Direct after talking to their experts.
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase which is even better than the old one in every respect.
