50% deafness in left ear made me angry that I couldn't engage in conversation simply smiling & nodding at the right time & in the right places. I was not prepared to pay out huge amounts just to find out if I could get on with a hearing aid, I need not of worried. My hearing aid was simple to order on line, arrived when you said & did everything I could possibly have hoped for. Now my grandchildren need to be very careful, I can hear everything they say about me, just wonderful!
